Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Provide technical expertise and support for the sale and application of our specialized elevator and lift products
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Conduct site surveys, system design, and project management for elevator and lift installations
- Liaise with customers, engineers, and technicians to ensure successful project delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on installed equipment
- Contribute to the development of new products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and technological advancements
