The practice is focused on advising high-growth technology and life sciences companies, bringing a distinctly Silicon Valley approach to clients across the UK and Europe. US qualification is essential. You will be admitted to a US State Bar and have a strong grounding in M&A and other strategic transactions, with experience running key aspects of deals and drafting principal transaction documents. The work is consistently high quality and sector-driven. You will be advising innovative, venture-backed and scaling businesses - as well as their investors - on cross-border M&A, financings and exits.
