Responsibilities

• Configure and commission GRMS Guest Room Management System and Lighting Control Systems.
• Review shop drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams and as‑built documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other MEP/ELV teams during project execution.
• Perform system programming, testing, troubleshooting and integration with third‑party systems.
• Configure and integrate protocols such as KNX, DALI, Modbus, BACnet and TCP/IP.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure proper installation as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Attend client meetings, technical discussions and inspections.
• Support commissioning activities and create final handover documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults related to lighting control, GRMS dimming systems, sensors and network communication.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and material approvals.
