Email Marketing Operations

100% remote, must be located in the United States, working CST working hours
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

+ 2-4+ years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or CRM campaign execution

+ Experience with Braze and Sageflo Radiate

+ Experience with marketing automation platforms, Braze (if no, Braze experience is found will look at Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)

+ Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset

+ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

+ Experience supporting multi-location or franchise-based organizations

+ Familiarity with email marketing best practices
