**Description:** You will be the Embedded Software Engineer for the F-35 Vehicle Systems Software group which is responsible for developing and maintaining software for the Vehicle Management Computer.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Embedded Software Engineer you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality embedded applications that enable the F‑35 to operate safely and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design, develop, and test C++ embedded software for the Vehicle Management Computer in an Agile environment.
Apply object‑oriented programming principles and safety‑critical development standards throughout the lifecycle.
Execute unit testing using the LDRA tool and maintain required coverage and traceability.
Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and contribute to continuous‑integration pipelines.
Ensure compliance with configuration‑management, documentation, and certification requirements.
