Overview

In the role of EMEA Site Civil Business Class Lead, you will help build and lead a best-in-class practice. You will drive knowledge sharing across the global community, develop mentoring and succession strategies for technical expertise, and ensure high-quality project delivery through design oversight and standardization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build best-in-class practice – duties would include developing and implementing a strategy for development and maintenance of project delivery tools, standards, best practices, and workflows.
• Drive the community of practice and partner with key stakeholders to identify and develop a network of Technical Experts/Subject Matter Experts as needed to support the HDR enterprise.
