Purpose:

UPMC Corporate Services is hiring a full-time Emergency Department Patient Services Representative to support UPMC Lock Haven. This role would primarily work varied shifts Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:30pm or11:00pm-7:00am, rotating weekends from 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am, and rotating holidays (either 4-, 8-, or 12 hour holiday shifts). This employee would also be cross-trained to cover Central Registration shifts, which are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.
An Emergency Department Patient Services Representative is responsible for welcoming patients upon arrival and promoting the usage of new and emerging consumer-friendly technologies.
