1 x 36 hour per week post and 1 x 34.5 hour per week post

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity for an Emergency Nurse Practitioner within the A&E / Inpatient Services department based at Mid Argyll Hospital. The ENP service operates 24 hours a day, working closely with local GPs who provide medical cover to the hospital and community.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

You should act as the Senior Nurse for the A&E department and also for the hospital during out‑of‑hours periods and in the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse. Excellent communication, prioritisation and decision‑making skills are essential. The ENP must ensure safe and effective clinical practice, manage and develop team performance and contribute to the delivery of the organisation's objectives.
