**Minimum qualifications:**

+ 5 years of experience in AI ethics and safety within a governance, policy, legal, or research role.
+ Experience leading end-to-end assessments of ethical and societal questions related to technology development, balancing risks and benefits across various applications.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Master's degree.
+ Experience working with AI governance processes within a public or private institution.
+ Experience communicating concepts to a range of collaborators, both in writing and executive presentations.
