ROLE PROFILE

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Emerging Talent population, supporting them from onboarding through to programme completion. As the first point of contact for colleagues and their managers, you will provide pastoral support, advice, and guidance. You will play an integral role in the successful delivery of the programmes by offering early interventions where needed to keep colleagues on track. Additionally, you’ll ensure consistent, high-quality customer service to all stakeholders, always underpinned by a people-first approach.
