ROLESUMMARY

TheMechanicalDesignManager,reportingtotheMEPDesignLead,isresponsibleforreviewing,coordinating,andoptimizingmechanicalsystemdesignsacrossMajidAlFuttaimdevelopments.Theroleensuresdesignquality,constructability,sustainability,andcompliancewithMajidAlFuttaimstandardsandapplicablecodes.Supportingprojectsfromconceptthroughhandover,thepositiondrivesinnovation,digitaldesign,operationalefficiency,andsustainabilityinitiativesinlinewithMajidAlFuttaimdevelopmentsNetZerotargets.

ROLEPROFILE

• Reviewandensurethequality,completeness,andtechnicalaccuracyofmechanicaldesigns,includingHVAC,plumbing,drainage,firefighting,andgassystems.
• Coordinatemechanicalsystemswitharchitectural,structural,andotherMEPdisciplinestoensureseamlessintegration.
• ReviewBIMmodels,drawings,andclashdetectionoutputsusingNavisworksandothercoordinationtools.
