Job Description
I. Recruitment Delivery & Sourcing - Job Marketing: Draft edit and post engaging job advertisements across various platforms including NAFIS, LinkedIn and other specialized job boards ensuring maximum visibility to UAE National candidates.
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source, review and screen candidate profiles utilizing creative strategies to identify individuals whose skills and experience match job requirements.
- Assessment: Conduct initial interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, motivation and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Prepare and present shortlisted CVs and comprehensive candidate profiles to internal and external Hiring Managers.
- Interview Coordination: Efficiently coordinate and facilitate all stages of the interview process.
