The key duties and responsibilities of the Emiratization Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding of candidates
• Support and execute the company’s Emiratization initiatives and hiring targets
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for UAE Nationals through various recruitment channels
• Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements
• Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media channels
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases and HR records
• Prepare employment offers and support onboarding documentation and processes
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and Emiratization policies
