Our client, a major employer in the area, is looking for a Emission Benchmarking Engineer to be part of its team in its North American operations.

Description:

Investigate competitor vehicle's emission control system including evap systems and perform competitor benchmarking to evaluate emission performance

Investigate competitor's OBD systems through repair manual survey and/or vehicle evaluation

Rent and prepare competitor vehicles for benchmarking tests, including necessary modifications and instrumentation

Test preparation, data collection, data analysis, and technical report creation on a regular basis

Build successful relationships with benchmarking technician group, countergroups in Japan, and external labs. ...
