Hiring Freshers for US IT recruiters- (Night Shift only) We are looking for US IT Recruiters (only girls) Experience: 0 (Freshers are Preferable) Location: HYDERABAD(Ameerpet) Work Timings (IST): 6.30pm to 3.30am (Monday to Friday) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform activities towards End to end IT Recruitment right from sourcing up to placement. • Learn, understand and practice US staffing best practices • Sourcing & screening and shortlisting resumes based on desired skills and experience through various job portals / social networking / bulk emails etc. • Coordinating with interview-panel for telephone, Skype, and Personal interviews. • Develop customized sourcing strategies for each requirement and build a profiles database. • Use Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer • Post jobs to our internal website and external job boards MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Any Graduate • Good verbal and written communication are a MUST • Should be ready to...
