Job Description
Administer and leverage employee listening tools and surveys to gather feedback, analyze employee feedback, and derive actionable insights to share with internal stakeholders and enabling functions.
Desired Skills and Experience
● 4 - 7 years of experience in employee engagement in the technology, analytics, or AI space
● Good program management and organizational skills, including proficiency in organizing events end to end; adaptive to a fast-paced workplace and multi-tasking.
● Demonstrated proficiency in handling employee data, vendor management, and designing/managing employee listening tools (e.g. surveys) for data-driven decision-making.
● Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
● Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about creating a positive and fun workplace culture
● Proficiency with MS office/G suite applications
