What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented Employee Relations Manager to join our HR Advisory team in London on a 12 month FTC. You will be responsible for providing HR Advisory support to both employees and managers across the Company by leading a team of HR Advisers to deliver a high-quality service across the full employee lifecycle.
Working with the wider HR team, particularly the HR Business Partners and Leadership Team, to provide advice, guidance and support and be a subject matter expert on the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality service to employees and managers.
This is a fast paced, high volume role with direct line management of two Senior HR Advisors and two HR Advisors and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business within a highly collaborative HR Advisory team.
