Kinetic is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to provide expert advice, guidance and support to the CQ/SA/NT business unit. This permanent, hands‑on advisory role supports the effective resolution of employee relations matters across a large, operational and unionised workforce, while building leader capability and ensuring compliant, values‑aligned outcomes.
About the role
- Provide expert advice and guidance to regional leaders and employees on a wide range of employee relations matters, from day-to-day issues through to complex and sensitive cases
- Manage performance, disciplinary, grievance and misconduct matters, ensuring fair, timely and legally compliant outcomes
- Support and represent Kinetic in external matters, including tribunal proceedings and conciliations, and prepare high-quality written material as required
