The Employee Relations Specialist will support the People Partner in managing employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies, resolving workplace conflicts, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and misconduct.
- Supports disciplinary and performance management processes.
- Advises managers on policy interpretation and employee relations best practices.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepares documentation for labor cases and coordinates with legal counsel.
- Represents the company in labor-related proceedings (e.g., DOLE, NLRC).
- Tracks ER metrics such as case volume, resolution time, and trends.
