POSITION 3: Employer Engagement / Partnerships LeadJD for Recruitment:
- Recruits, onboards, and manages relationships with rural healthcare employer partners across WV counties
- Negotiates and executes enforceable employer participation agreements covering apprenticeship participation, wage obligations, and reporting
- Validates employer workforce need and role alignment to documented HPSA shortages
- Manages corrective action and fund recovery processes for non-compliant employers
- Tracks employer participation by site, role, and county for monthly reporting
- Coordinates employer validation of post-apprenticeship permanent employment pathways
- Minimum 5 years in employer relations, workforce partnerships, or healthcare HR/staffing
