We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / ER Advisor / Employer Relations Advisor for an initial 3‑month contract via Hays.This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in delivering a high-quality, proactive Employee Relations service, supporting managers and staff across a complex, multi-site environment.You will join a busy ER function and be responsible for managing casework, providing expert advice, and supporting the delivery of people initiatives that improve workforce experience and organisational outcomes.Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of employee relations issues including: Absence and ill-health Disciplinary and grievance Performance and capability matters Act as a first point of contact for managers, providing advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practice.
