What You’ll Do

• Reporting to the Head of Dispute Resolution and Employment, you will serve as the employment lawyer prioritizing South East Asia and broader international employment matters.
• You will prioritize employment/HR support across the full lifecycle of people‑related issues, including hiring structures, recruitment, visas, policies, agreements, documentation, investigations, employee relations, grievances, whistleblowing, anti‑discrimination law compliance, responses to employment authorities, team moves, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, terminations, and post‑termination restrictions.
• You will attend local courts and tribunals relating to labour disputes in your jurisdiction.
• You will conduct negotiations with external parties and manage litigation cases.
