Employment Solicitor / Senior Paralegal

An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor, FCILEx or experienced Senior Paralegal to join a well‑established employment team handling a varied caseload.

The role will involve managing a caseload of Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of legal expenses insurers, as well as supporting on non‑contentious matters where required. This includes advising on potential claims, drafting pleadings and witness statements, negotiating settlements, and instructing counsel where necessary.

In addition, you may assist with employment advisory work such as drafting contracts, policies and handbooks, and providing practical advice to commercial clients.
