We are seeking a talented and driven Solicitor with 2-3 years experience to join our Employment team based in Tauranga.

We would love to hear from experienced solicitors with a genuine interest in Employment and a desire to build a successful career as part of our wider litigation team. You will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication, written and technical skills and a desire to add real value to every client interaction.

About you:

• NZ admitted lawyer with at least 2-3 years’ PQE
• High academic achievements
• A strong work ethic
• An ability to analyse and advise on complex legal issues but find practical and cost-effective solutions
• Excellent communication, written and technical skills
• Sound people skills, both with clients and colleagues
