About the Team:
The Employment Tax Analyst will join a growing team of employment tax professionals within TikTok and will have responsibility for delivering some of our core employment tax reporting and compliance tasks across EMEA. The candidate will also provide advice on employment tax related matters to internal stakeholders and contribute to process improvements and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in providing pragmatic employment tax advice as well as an ability to independently prepare compliance submissions.
