A large home healthcare company is looking to hire an EMR Application support technician to join their support team of 9. This person will act as a SME for an EMR application called HomeCare Homebase and be responsible for supporting/troubleshooting any technical issues for office staff and clinical field workers. This person will respond to a wide range of ticket requests coming through via phone call, email, chat and JIRA ticketing system. There will be a wide range of troubleshooting requests coming through the system such as: resolving a workflow issue within the application, resolving scheduling issues to password resets. There will be a robust training program provided and upon conversion to a FTE shifts could change slightly and there will be a on call rotation.
