Job Summary: We are looking for ITI Freshers to support EMS production and Quality Control activities. The candidate will be responsible for soldering, PCB assembly, product inspection, and basic testing activities. Key Responsibilities Soldering and assembly of electronic components on PCBs Perform basic quality inspection and product testing Support EMS production and assembly processes Identify defects and report quality issues Maintain cleanliness and safety on the production floor Requirements ITI / Diploma Freshers (Electronics, Electrical or Related Field) Basic knowledge of soldering and electronic components Willingness to learn EMS and QC processes Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
