JOB TITLE: ENROLLED NURSE ASSISTANT – MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY

PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide age‑appropriate patient care according to the nursing scope of practice as defined by the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Act within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary.
• Comply with hospital policies and regulations.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Provide safe, quality patient care in the ward.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 education.
• Registered with the SANC as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary.
• Preferably two or more years of experience as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary in a hospital setting.
• Prepared to work shift‑work (night or day shift).
