Link-Worldwide is looking for a LATAM Payroll Specialist to oversee the complete payroll process at our office in Mexico. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of payroll experience and a solid understanding of payroll laws throughout several LATAM countries.

The candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and maintain records through HRIS systems. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is necessary, along with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
