Provide efficient and dependable IT support to end users while ensuring the availability, stability, and optimal performance of the organization’s information and telecommunications systems.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver end-user support, including troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and IT equipment.
- Evaluate, test, and deploy desktop hardware and software upgrades.
- Perform daily system monitoring, housekeeping, backups, and routine maintenance activities.
- Support the maintenance of operational procedures, system configurations, inventory tracking, and IT procurement processes.
- Assist with user account management and system administration tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software maintenance and support services.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and records.
- Carry out additional duties or project-related tasks as assigned.
