Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform energy simulations in compliance with ASHRAE / ECBC standards / Green Building Guidelines – LEED, GRIHA, IGBC.Develop energy models for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings using Design Builder / IES / e-Quest software.Analyse building performance data and provide energy efficiency recommendations.Assist project teams in designing energy-efficient and sustainable buildings.Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various design parameters on energy performance.Evaluate and document HVAC system performance, lighting, and envelope characteristics.Work with architects, MEP engineers, and sustainability teams to optimize energy consumption.Support documentation and submission of energy models for green building certifications.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in energy modelling techniques and standards.Prepare detai...
