Enforcement Administrator - DURBAN

Job Purpose

The position of an Enforcement Controller is required for the National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector (NBCPSS) in terms of its establishment Section 29(15)(a) of the Labour Relations Act as amended. The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the compliance department and regional operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of an appropriate Grade 12 certificate and/or equivalent.
• Post Matric Qualification in Labour Relations or related fields (including Labour Relations Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Human Resource Management, or similar).
• 2-3 years’ experience in a Labour Relations environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience in collective bargaining an advantage.
