Job Title: Engagement and Employability Coach
Location: Various locations across Kent (Hybrid/Field-based)
Salary: £27,870 – £32,019 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Report to: Area Manager – Engagement Programmes
