Mobile Service Engineer – Air Conditioning Location: Midlands
Contract: Permanent, 40 hrs/week (8 am–4:30 pm)
Package: Up to £50,000, Door2Door, Van (Personal Use) etc - OTE £65,000+

Join a dynamic engineering team delivering first-class service across the Midlands region. We have a permanent opportunity for a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to cover scheduled maintenance, rapid breakdown response, and light installations.
What You’ll Do
Conduct planned PPM visits on air-conditioning, refrigeration, and heat-pump systems
Respond to breakdowns and carry out timely repairs
Complete small-scale installations and site surveys
Assist with tender preparation (materials & labour estimates)
Participate in an on-call rota (including occasional out-of-town work)
Generate clear, professional daily job reports
Advise clients on site and mentor junior engineers
