Engineer, Automation

Location: Tebrau, Johor.

Assist in buy-off and maintain new automation including documentation preparation, equipment performance monitoring and tracking.

As a Engineer Automation, You will:

• Involve in design reviews with internal team members and vendor;
• Prepare Gantt Chart for new Automation projects and work closely with the stakeholders;
• Prepare validation protocol, reports and checklist for new Automation projects;
• Involve in FAT/SAT;
• Perform validation for new Automation (IQ,MQ,OQ,PQ);
• Train and guide technicians on machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting;
• Manage all documents related to machine e.g. PM checklist, SOP, Engineering Drawing;
• Propose and initiate Continous Improvement projets;
