• Support the development and execution of maintenance strategies that enhance asset reliability, operational efficiency, and lifecycle performance of electrical systems across managed facilities and projects.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying value-added services, improvement opportunities, and potential maintenance contracts while maintaining strong customer relationships and service excellence.
• Participate in annual budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting activities to optimize manpower, material utilization, and maintenance costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through analysis of equipment performance, maintenance trends, and root cause failures to improve operational effectiveness and reduce downtime.
