The Engineer – Enterprise Voice and AV plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing the reliability, performance, and scalability of the company’s global Unified Communications and Voice infrastructure. This technically demanding position is responsible for engineering and transformation initiatives across a range of platforms, including Cisco Call Manager, AudioCodes SBCs, Cisco CUBEs, Audio/Visual systems, and Microsoft Teams environments. Key responsibilities include leading essential migration projects such as moving AudioCodes SBCs to the AWS Cloud and replacing legacy Cisco gateways with AudioCodes SBCs.
