Your Role

Responsible for developing, designing, and planning equipment layout and workflow to maximize utilization and achieve productivity of the plant, with compliance of established industry safety, design standards, and guidelines.

• Design detailed layout, lead and coordinate execution of defined layout projects to fulfill business needs and area efficiency targets.
• Lead and coordinate design standardization for work‑place, jig & fixtures to maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, be cost‑efficient, and ensure high product quality.
• Work cross‑functionally with FM, ESH, IT to continuously improve good 5S and safe workplace, execution of all projects and meeting required clean room protocol.
• Maintain track of layout information database and ensure high integrity, being able to develop coherent concept and methodology and document for standard and guideline.
