Responsibilities - Startup and qualify new process and new equipment within scheduled timeline.
- Work closely with Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance.
- Troubleshoot process issues (daily operations sustenance) and initiate/drive complex projects to improve yield/quality, cost & manufacturing KPIs in Lithography.
- Analyze data from pass down to identify chronic process issues, establish improvement programs and resolve them.
- Act as technical consultant to AEs.
