Job Description
Responsibilities - To plan, review and carry out preventive / condition monitoring programs, in line with the OEM recommendations / best industry practices, recommend actions and implement as required to increase reliability of the equipment.
- Monitor and review asset life expectancy.
- Identification and reporting on plant and equipment inefficiencies and possible improvements.
- Designing short term engineering solutions that efficiently resolve problems with plant.
- Perform root cause analysis and perform troubleshooting of mechanical issues to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Establish best practices and engineering standards in the design, analysis and optimisation of mechanical system.
- Liaison with and providing technical support to operations and maintenance staff.
