**What you’ll do:**

This position will be responsible to drive SCM deliverables for NPI Program for ESA . The resource will be responsible for engagement in Pre and Prolaunch NPI projects for SCM Workpackage at Project level. Focus areas will be on Early Engagement in NPI to driving SCM deliverables independently . Analysis to sourcing activities and supporting cost out and Cost Avoidance ideas through resourcing/negotiations in collaboration with Program Manager , Engineering, Global Category Managers, Business team related to Electrical Americas business.

1. Responsbile to drive SCM deliverables for new product introduction (NPI) projects.
2. Responsible for Strategy to Execution of Sourcing per Prolaunch activity Matrix as Sourcing lead at Project level.
3. Early Engagement in NPI process to build SCM strategy as per SCM policies and Category Management strategy.
