The Service Engineer plays a primary role in achieving Polaris LATAM customer‑centric vision through collaboration with internal and external partners.
The Service Engineer actively participates in all new product development activities, evaluates vehicle serviceability during design, and advocates for adjustments to improve ease of ownership and maintenance for our customers and dealers.
The Service Engineer also supports field escalations for technical/dealer cases, coordinates all field campaigns related to released products, and manages a variety of cross‑functional projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
