Transmission / IP Network Engineer

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transmission and IP network equipment.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Monitor network performance and handle alarms, faults, and service issues in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance, health checks, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Escalate and coordinate major incidents to ensure service restoration within SLA requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Support network upgrades and configuration changes when required.

Main Requirements

• Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Experience in transmission, bearer network, or IP network maintenance and support.
