You’ll play a key role in assessing competence, providing feedback and ensuring high industry standards are met.

What you’ll do:

• Assess apprentices in the workplace against qualification standards

• Support learners to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours

• Provide clear, constructive feedback to support progress

• Monitor and track learner progress to ensure timely achievement

• Work closely with employers to support apprentice development

• Maintain accurate assessment records and documentation

• Ensure compliance with awarding body and quality standards
