Description
• Attend to customer service call. • Evaluating and solving problem. • Assisting in equipment installation. • Liasing with and working along with technical sales. • Provide service and repair of customer equipments. • Provide preventive maintenance service to customer. • Monitoring and provide feedback to product performance. • Providing report and feedback on customer service request. • Developing and maintaining good customer relationship. • Making recommendation to maintenance techincian. • Offering feedback on future product development. • Provide documentation, diagnosis and repair of technical issues. • Answer specific requests for technical assistance in timely manner.
Qualifications
1. Bachelors Degree in IT, compuer science, computer study, etc.
2. Able to communicate well people in English.
3. Industrial Certification ( Dell, IBM & HP )
4. MIcrosoft Certification, ...
