Engineering Director

Manufacturing company located in Chihuahua is searching for an Engineering Director.

Responsibilities include:

Managing overall engineering operations, defining strategic plans, and executing and tracking internal KPIs. Providing direction and leadership to engineering staff and acting as liaison between local engineering, corporate, and functional departments. Identifying and directing improvement efforts to achieve and exceed business performance goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). Overseeing daily activities of plant technical staff: engineering, product transfers, new product introduction, laboratory technicians, and metrology. Planning engineering projects, labor estimates, NA Capex, and process excellence; responsible for tactical plans, quotes for new products, and capital and expense control.
