This role will act as the primary technical lead for engineering and customer support activities across the APAC region, supporting highly specialised equipment used in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing environments.
The position requires deep technical expertise, strong customer-facing experience, and the ability to operate independently across multiple markets. Role requires familiarity with proprietary equipment and processes developed within the organisation.
