Engineering Manager – Applications, BI & AI Enablement

We are looking for a hands‑on Engineering Manager who combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery accountability across application development, business intelligence, and AI‑enabled engineering practices. This player‑coach role is responsible for building strong engineers and analysts, owning solution quality end‑to‑end, and embedding modern, AI‑assisted ways of working into everyday delivery.
