Define and be responsible for the technical vision and multi-year roadmap in alignment with the org strategy. Lead, mentor and scale engineering leaders and their teams across architecture, platform, and product engineering. Deliver high quality, reliable products— set priorities, remove blockers, and ensure engineering execution across multiple teams and geographies. Establish and operationalize engineering standards: architecture and system design reviews, SLOs/SLIs, incident management, CI/CD, testing, and observability. Own capacity planning, engineering productivity metrics, and engineering budget (headcount, contractors, vendor spend).
