The Engineering Manager is accountable for end-to-end engineering delivery of the FPSO conversion and integration scope, and specialist support for all packages including FPSO, FTL/MWA and T&I to ensure all engineering output is fit for purpose, constructable, installable and aligned with the execution strategy. Provides technical leadership and oversight for all engineering activities related to the FPSO conversion and integration scope. This role ensures engineering deliverables are safe, compliant, and aligned with project execution requirements, supporting fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases of a large‑scale deepwater project.
